I'm a nurse practitioner that loves healthcare and the people that I care for.  I have been in healthcare for the last 30+ years and seen many different things throughout the decades.  OMG, am I really that old.  Well since I am then let's take the parts I loved best from those years- personal attention,  perservence to care for each person as an individual and combine them with the new.  The new is using all the technology to everyone's benefit- email, electronic charts, and internet based programs.

My experience includes 10 years of wound care and ostomy (colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy) care, as well as primary care.  I am also developing a new specility working with patients who require orthotics (ankle foot braces, ankle foot and knee braces) due to muscle, nerve and bone injuries to allow them to function at there highest level.  This speciality also includes helping each patient with any type of prosthesis maintain their optimal level of functioning.  Whether they need a totally new prosthesis, a new socket or maybe just new supplies I will get you the RX you need to get the appropriate item timely.
